How does DAVEit – the digital bidding process – work?

As with any real estate sale, we inspect the property together with the prospective buyers and provide all the important information. The interested parties will then receive an invitation to the digital bidding process by e-mail. This process is called DAVEit.

Prospective buyers can submit their purchase offers conveniently and stress-free online. We are available to advise buyers and sellers all the time and explain all the details they require.

As usual, you will receive the competent, friendly and professional advice of RE/MAX Living Immobilien – from the beginning to the conclusion of the contract and beyond. However, the bidding is not done on paper, but online with DAVEit. The vendor can choose from two options for bidding: the “closed” or the “open” DAVEit procedure.

What is the closed DAVEit process?

Each interested party can submit exactly one offer online. Offer prices are not visible to anyone, including the broker, until the end of the offer period. After the offer period, the seller receives all offers.

Open DAVEit procedure:

Each interested party may submit or raise a bid as often as they wish. All anonymized offers can be viewed openly and transparently by everyone at all times.
